Product Master Data Administrator

At Danish Crown, Product Master Data plays a key role in ensuring our business operates efficiently across production, supply chain, finance and sales. Therefore we are seeking a Product Master Data Administrator who has a sense for structure, quality and detail, and who is motivated by creating order in complex data contexts.

You will become part of Global Product Master Data & Calculation, where you, together with dedicated colleagues, work to ensure correct product data and calculation basis across the group. Your deliveries help create a strong foundation for both daily operations and larger transformation initiatives.

As Product Master Data Administrator you will play a central role in ensuring correct, consistent and timely data in our system landscape.

Your responsibilities include, among others

• Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of Product Master Data in SAP
• Ensuring correct structure in material data, BOMs, routings and GS1 data
• Maintenance of cost structures and support of standard costing processes
• Contributing to a valid data foundation for reporting, controlling and decision-making
• Documentation of data changes, processes and data definitions
• Ensuring compliance with global governance principles for master data
• Participation in the implementation of new products, production flows and business initiatives
• Collaboration with colleagues in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT

• Have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Have worked with master data, planning, supply chain, production, controlling or similar areas
• Are analytical and detail-oriented
• Have a systematic approach to tasks and processes
• Thrive in collaboration with many different stakeholders
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
