Production Manager Assistant for Evening Shift Wanted in Give

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible production supervisor assistant (PLA) for a modern food company in Give. Here you will be an important part of a production team where collaboration, quality and efficiency are in focus.

As a production supervisor assistant you will have a varied daily work where you actively participate in production and have a coordinating role on the production line. You help ensure tasks are completed, that production runs as planned, and that your colleagues have the necessary support during the workday.

The position is particularly interesting for you who already have experience from production and want to develop in a role with more responsibility. If you have previously worked as a team leader, production supervisor assistant or had a similar middle-management role, that would be a great advantage.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in daily production, helping to get both people and machines to work well together. You should be able to step in when needed, while also keeping an eye on the production running efficiently and according to the applicable quality standards.

Your main tasks will be to

• Actively participate in production as well as operate and monitor production machines
• Contribute to coordinating employees and tasks on the production line
• Ensure stable operations with a focus on quality, hygiene and efficiency
• Support colleagues and take initiative to solve challenges in daily production

You will become part of a daily life where there is sometimes a high tempo, and where it is important to be able to maintain an overview. You should therefore thrive being close to the production and be able to step in where an extra hand is needed.

Who are you?

We envision that you have experience from a manufacturing company, preferably within the food industry, and that you have a good understanding of how a production line works.

As a person you are responsible, engaged and good at collaborating with different people. You have a natural ability to create structure around you and are not afraid to take initiative or make decisions when the situation requires it.

You do not necessarily need to have held a formal leadership position before. The most important is that you have the desire and the ability to take responsibility and contribute to the daily production functioning.

Working hours

The position is on a fixed evening shift with the following hours

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–11:45 PM

Friday: 1:00 PM–5:15 PM
