At Brdr. Plagborg in Lindved we are seeking a clear and action-oriented leader for the production of customer-tailored vans. We are looking for you who have high technical knowledge, production experience and are an experienced leader who can lead people situationally, create structure and secure results in a busy production day.

Your role You will play a central role in daily production, bringing together the employees around the tasks, prioritizing resources and following up on quality, progress and deliveries. You are visible in production, take responsibility and make competent decisions. At the same time you develop collaboration, support employees' well-being and contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations in the production unit.

We are seeking a leader who

• understands a production daily life and has an eye for both quality and efficiency

As a person you are

• Good at combining technical insight with the ability to create direction and results together with others
• a hands-on type who is visible in production and leads with expertise and engagement
• pragmatic and solution-oriented and can handle the various customized customer tasks
• good at instructing and you can motivate and set clear requirements across disciplines and experience.

You may come with experience as a team leader, foreman or production manager. You know what it means to have responsibility for coordination in a technical or craft function.
