About the position

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in in-house production, housing construction and building development. You will be responsible for your own projects – primarily in Zealand – ensuring they are carried out efficiently, economically and to a high quality.

You will become a key person in the organization and will work closely with internal teams, partners and clients.

Your primary tasks

Leadership and management of projects from start to handover

Ensure progress, finances and quality assurance on the projects.

Planning and follow-up on schedules, budgets and resources

Ensure proper execution of QA, site measurements, and topographic surveys.

Coordination of in-house production and subcontractors

Dialogue with customers, advisers and authorities

Identification and management of risks in the projects

Contribute to bidding work and development of new projects

About you

You have solid experience as a project manager – preferably from the contracting/construction industry

You have documented experience with in-house production, housing construction and building development

You are structured and strong in both financial and project management

You are a clear leader who can create an overview and ensure progress

You are good at collaborating and communicating with all parties in the construction industry

You thrive with responsibility and can work independently
