About the position

As a project manager at Jakon you can either take responsibility for your own projects or become part of a small project team – depending on your wishes, qualifications and the complexity of the individual case. No matter how your role is assembled, you will be supported by skilled leadership and versatile colleagues, so you always have sparring and support in daily life.

You will typically work on renovation and conversion projects in main contracts and large-scale contracts and be close to the construction site, where things happen.

Your tasks

• Planning and management of projects – either your own or in a team
• Daily management on the construction site
• Finance and time management (depending on experience)
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaboration and dialogue with clients and advisors

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as a construction engineer or equivalent
• Have a craft background – e.g., carpenter, mason, plumber or HVAC technician, or electrician or similar
• Have experience as a project manager or site manager and are ready to take the next step
• Thrive being on the construction site and create structure in projects
• Are collaborative, solution-oriented and take responsibility for the task
