You can manage projects with a focus on time, cost and quality. You can set the framework and direction and adapt the projects to the needs of the situation. It is important to us that you are good at building informal relationships and involving users, regardless of whether they have construction technical knowledge or not.

We imagine that you are engaged, energetic and a team player, driven by creating solutions that work both technically and practically with a focus on the end user. Of course you have a valid driver's license for a regular car, and your educational background could be e.g. building constructor, architect or engineer.

What you’ll become part of

As a project manager in Infrastructure and Properties you will become part of a dedicated team in the Center for Road, Nature and Environment, where we have a broad range of tasks. Our infrastructure team is responsible for harbors, bridges and roads while the building team handles tasks related to municipal properties. In addition, we have colleagues who handle the entire municipal property strategy.

In the Building team your tasks can range from mapping maintenance needs to renovation and new construction of municipal properties. You will develop projects in all scales and phases, participate in the development of outdoor areas and ensure the implementation of existing and new building requirements and legislation, including procurement rules and contracts.

The positions are full-time with a flexitime arrangement and the possibility of home working. Appointments are made in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with pay according to qualifications.
