In the Psychotherapeutic Outpatient Clinic in Glostrup you will be part of an outpatient clinic with high professional standards, engagement and a focus on good, coherent patient pathways. We prioritise a safe working environment and good collaboration, where responsibility and development are shared.

We assess and treat patients referred via the Central Admissions to the psychiatric package pathways, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotionally unstable personality structure, anxious personality structure as well as ADHD and autism. The outpatient clinic is organised into three teams with team leaders, team coordinators and a joint chief physician.

About the position

As a psychologist your primary tasks will be initial assessment and psychotherapy for patients with PTSD, anxiety, depression or personality disorder. We work with evidence-based psychotherapy in all our pathways. PTSD patients are offered Prolonged Exposure (PE) or trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Anxiety and depression patients are offered cognitive behavioral therapy, metacognitive therapy or psychodynamic therapy, while patients with personality disorders are offered either dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mentalization-based therapy (MBT) or MBT-MIT.

We are seeking a psychologist for

• Initial assessment of newly referred patients
• Psychotherapeutic treatment individually and in groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration on patient pathways
• Participation in treatment conferences, supervision, teaching, etc.

The position will be finally arranged based on your competences and interests.

Who are you?

• Has practical training (clinical psychologist)
• Has experience with diagnostic assessment
• Has psychotherapeutic experience with the target group
• Is strong in relationship-building and collaboration
• Takes responsibility for quality and development in the treatment

Salary and terms of employment

This is a permanent position with start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the agreement for academics employed in regions, etc., entered into between RLTN and DM, DJØF, etc., with salary placement as psychologist.

The outpatient clinic is currently open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. Your working hours will therefore primarily fall within this time frame.

The region is a 24-hour area, and you may, based on concrete need, be scheduled for shifts outside the clinic's opening hours in accordance with the working time rules in the collective agreement.
