la Cour Byg A/S is seeking an experienced and structured quality and process manager who can develop our workflows and ensure quality and progress in our insurance and construction cases.

We are about 50 employees within carpentry, masonry and painting trades, as well as construction loss adjusters/project managers. Everyday life is characterized by high tempo, many different cases and close collaboration between office, project managers and craftsmen.

About the position

You will play a central role in our insurance and operations organization and work closely with the insurance manager, project managers, craftsmen and administration. Your task is both to ensure quality in the individual case and to look cross-organizationally: Where can we do things simpler, better and more efficiently?

You should not check for the sake of checking. You should discover problems before they become costly, find improvement opportunities and translate them into new and better ways of working.

Your tasks

• Review and quality assure insurance and construction cases – including descriptions, calculations, finances and documentation
• Follow up on ongoing cases, agreements, time consumption, time registration, faults and deficiencies
• Contribute to correct and timely closing and invoicing of cases
• Optimize processes and workflows and identify improvement opportunities across the organization
• Translate improvement opportunities into concrete solutions and implement changes so that new workflows function in practice
• Create more consistent and efficient working processes and be a sparring partner for project managers, craftsmen and administration
• Contribute to daily coordination and operations when needed

Who are you?

You preferably have experience from the construction industry, the insurance industry or both – e.g. as building constructor, building technician, project manager, construction supervisor, construction loss adjuster, claims consultant or estimator. Your education is not decisive. The most important is that you understand a construction project, can create overview and have a good understanding of quality, economics, processes and improvements. Experience with insurance claims is an advantage.
