Financial Controller with responsibility for bookkeeping for Exodraft A/S

Do you have solid experience in bookkeeping, and are you curious about financial follow-up and analysis? At Exodraft A/S you will be responsible for the daily accounting in several Danish and international companies and also have the opportunity to contribute to controlling.

The accounting forms the majority of the position. Therefore we are looking for someone who can handle the daily accounting tasks independently and remain motivated by the operational financial management. Experience with controlling is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will become part of the finance function and have a close collaboration with colleagues across the group. Your workplace will be at our head office in Langeskov.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the daily finances in Exodraft Group, Exodraft Solutions and our foreign subsidiaries.

Your primary tasks will

• Daily bookkeeping and processing of supplier invoices
• Posting of incoming payments and bank reconciliation
• Preparation and posting of payments
• Posting and control of expense claims in Acubiz
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management, including reconciliation and dunning
• Invoicing and reconciliation between the group’s companies
• VAT returns, including EU trade, import and export
• Intrastat reporting
• Control of received, un-invoiced deliveries
• Responding to inquiries about invoices and payments
• Sorting of mail and coordination of occasional practical orders to the office in Langeskov

We also want to strengthen the work with financial follow-up and controlling. Depending on your experience and the division of tasks in the finance function you may therefore also contribute to:

• Monthly closing and financial reporting
• Follow-up on accounting figures and key figures
• Analysis and explanation of material variances
• Quality assurance and development of financial processes

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant accounting education or equivalent competencies
• Have solid experience with bookkeeping and can carry out the daily accounting tasks independently
• Have experience with creditors, debtors, payments and reconciliations
• Have good knowledge of VAT and preferably EU trade, import, export or Intrastat
• Are familiar with ERP systems. Knowledge of Navision and Acubiz is an advantage
• Have an interest in financial follow-up, reporting and analysis
• Communicate confidently in Danish and can operate in English
