About the job

About the job

Please note that the position falls within the 24/7 area. At present, the service is expected to be primarily day shifts/evening shifts.

The citizens at Vikærgården, Department 3, are characterized by a complex illness picture, a recent loss of function or general frailty. The offer is a short-term provision, which means we take in new citizens almost daily. The vastly majority come directly from hospital admission and therefore need further assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. We emphasize close interdisciplinary collaboration with the citizen and network throughout the entire process. We have close collaboration with specific departments at AUH, which follow the citizen closely in the first unstable period.

As a result of the health reform, there will be a corporate transfer of Vikærgården to Region Midtjylland on 1 January 2027.
