Then you may be our new colleague at Lindecentret in Bække, Vejen Municipality's smallest and most homely nursing home.

We are seeking an engaged SSA for employment as soon as possible or no later than January 1, 2027.

About us

At Lindecentret we are 45 smiling colleagues, who every day work to make everyday life meaningful for citizens and residents, and for each other.

Our base is Lindecentret – a small and cozy nursing home with 10 dwellings, 20 senior apartments and an active activity center.

The majority of staff are also part of the home care service on the road in Bække, Gesten, Andst and Læborg.

We work in small teams, so we can create presence, quality and security for both citizens and relatives.

Everyday life is characterized by homeliness, flexibility and warmth, and we work closely with the local community's many volunteer enthusiasts.

About the position

As a social- and health assistant you will be an important part of our daily task solving and interprofessional collaboration.

You will be part of both the indoor and outdoor team at Lindecentret.

The position is up to 37 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with duty every 3rd weekend.

We are looking for someone who

• has both professional pride and a heart in the right place
• takes responsibility and thrives in the coordinating SSA role
• works rehabilitatively with a focus on the citizen's ability to cope
• is passionate about knowledge sharing, learning and professional sparring
• is respectful, validating and positive in your approach
• has experience with or familiarity with Nexus, Sekoia and e-Besøg
• has a driving license
