The position is a day shift of 37 hours per week or as desired. Work is every 4th weekend.

Home Care North is based at the Solvang Nursing Home, Rolighedsvej 1, Hvidbjerg, Thyholm.

The position is to be filled on January 1, 2027 – preferably earlier if possible.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• are educated as a social- and health care assistant or similar relevant education
• have a desire to be part of and lead a small interdisciplinary team, in close collaboration with the function manager
• are curious about the new elder law and the work with holistic care
• have experience with planning or a desire to learn it. Both planning of holistic care and shift planning
• have an eye for the citizen's own resources, wishes and possibilities
• work independently, with engagement and responsibility
• focus on interdisciplinary collaboration
• are open to developing and expanding your competences
• meet the citizens and your colleagues with good humor
• have a driving license
• are proficient user of the care system Nexus
• have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the team and its well-being

You will receive a thorough introduction period, and there is always opportunity for further training.

There will be close collaboration with both the function head and the planners from the two other municipal home care areas.

Who are we, and what can we offer?

Home Care North is one of three municipal home care areas in Struer Municipality. The area shares the function head with Home Care West.

We are a small home care area with one team, who work closely and interdisciplinarily with therapists and nurses. We are well advanced in implementing holistic care and work based on the citizen's wishes, resources and quality of life.

Our area of operation is Thyholm and the area just south of the Oddesund Bridge.

Practical information

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. In addition, the position is covered by an annual recruitment allowance of 8,000 DKK, which is given for employment in the North area.
