Relationship-oriented pedagogue for the nature and outdoor-life kindergarten Østerhåb

As we look into a future where the number of children is increasing, we are seeking an educator for Østerhåb - Nature and Outdoor Life Preschool. Østerhåb is a small preschool in Torsted, where we have 60 preschool children distributed across 3 rooms.

You have a backpack filled with experience, high professionalism, and plenty of unconventional perspectives. You are focused on creating the ultimate everyday life for the children. A day-to-day where children are met by adults with wholeheartedness, professionalism and not least a strong focus on nature, which plays along with pedagogy.

You are a co-creator in setting the frames and standard for an ultimately top-notch environment from a child’s perspective.

We are Dagtilbuddet, where the communities contribute to opportunities for participation for the children. We contribute to the development of the children's well-being, formation, resilience, and curiosity in enriching play environments.

We are very focused on the possibilities that nature offers us, and how we can use nature to support the children's mastery strategies. We are also focused on the children's play and the developmental moments of meeting. The development of everyday pedagogy is a major focus, and we have many initiated processes that support this development.

Our playground is a large learning space for many developing hours, where we set the framework for an adaptable and imaginative play in the daily life for the children.
