Sales Apprentice for ET-Group 🔥 We’ll teach you how to sell. You must bring the will to win with you.

Then we have an apprenticeship for you. For two years you learn B2B sales from scratch in a sales team that sells to customers all over the world 🌍 You get responsibility from day one, and your numbers are visible alongside everyone else’s 📈

🎯 About the role

ET-Group is a Danish-owned international trading company. We sell to large and small companies around the world, from large retail chains to webshops and marketplaces.

As a sales apprentice you work with all parts of B2B sales

• Prospecting sales. You find new customers, call them and open doors. It will fill a lot of your time.
• Offers and orders. You make offers and process orders for our Key Account Managers.
• Customer service. You help customers and work closely with the purchasing team.
• Your own customers. Gradually you will have your own business customers in Denmark and abroad.

⚠️ It will be tough. You will hear no many times. You have to have many balls in the air, and priorities can change several times in a day. You sit in an open office where everyone can hear your calls. It is intense, and that is also why you learn so fast 🚀

💪 How to succeed in the role

• You pick up the phone. You call, even when you don’t feel like it.
• You move on after a no. A rejection is not personal to you. You learn from it and call the next one.
• You follow up. A good sale is as much about follow-up as about talk. When you have promised a customer something, it happens.
• You want to be measured. You keep an eye on your numbers and want to beat them from last month.
• You work the team better. You like to compete with your colleagues, but you also share your experiences so the whole team gets better.
• You use feedback. When you get feedback, you try it out already in your next call.

👀 We are especially looking for you, who…

Need to have

• gets fired up by selling and by winning
• has easy talk and can get a stranger to listen
• persists when others give up
• can keep track of many things at once without losing the thread
• speaks and writes Danish and English well enough to negotiate
• has completed one of these educations: EUD/EUX Business (GF2), HHX or HTX/STX/HF supplemented with an EUS program from the business school

Nice to have

• has sold something before, e.g., in a shop, as a telemarketer or in your own small business
• speaks several languages
• is quick on a computer and in new systems

You do not need to know everything from the start. We will teach you the craft, but the enthusiasm you must bring yourself ⚡

🚫 You should not apply if…

• you would rather have a calm and predictable everyday life
• you think it is uncomfortable to call people you don’t know
• you get knocked out by a no
• you don’t want to be measured on your results
• you wait for others to tell you what to do
• you mostly seek an apprenticeship to get an education, and sales isn’t what drives you
