The role as sales assistant

As a sales assistant your primary task is to give our customers the best possible experience when visiting our store. We are therefore looking for you who are good at building relationships and who are passionate about helping customers in the best possible way through their buying journey. The most important thing is that you are motivated to optimize the customer and buying experience and love delivering the best service again and again.

The position is on-call

Your primary tasks include

• Greet the customer warmly in the store and identify the customer’s needs
• Guide and service the customer, from start to finish in their buying process and communicate relevant information about the individual products’ and brands’ histories in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and a positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and proper
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
