Sales Assistant in Købmagergade - temporary part-time

The role as a sales assistant

As a sales assistant, your main task will be to give our customers the best experience when they visit our store. We are therefore looking for someone who is good at building relationships and who is passionate about helping customers in the best possible way throughout their buying journey. The most important thing is that you are motivated by optimizing the customer and purchase experience and love delivering the best service again and again.

The position is part-time and temporary with the possibility of extension.

Your main tasks include

• Give the customer a warm welcome in the store and identify the customer’s needs
• Guide and service the customer, from start to finish in their purchasing process and communicate relevant information about the individual products and brands’ history in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and a positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and orderly
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
