Floorshop is looking for a friendly and service-minded sales assistant for our store in Albertslund.

For us it’s not just about selling floors – it’s about giving customers a good experience, competent guidance and helping them find the solution that best fits their wishes and needs.

About the job

You will become part of the daily operation in the store, where your primary task will be to advise and sell floors and accessories to our customers.

The majority of our customers are private individuals who need help and guidance for their flooring projects. If you have the right experience and the right competencies, there will also be opportunities to work with sales to business customers and develop relationships with professional partners.

Your tasks will include, among other things

·          Sales and personal advice to customers in the store.

·          Guidance on different floor types, materials and solutions.

·          Preparation of offers and follow-up on customer inquiries.

·          Ensure a good customer experience from first contact to completed purchase.

·          Possibility to work with B2B sales, depending on your skills and experience.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are an outgoing and trustworthy person who enjoys customer contact and has a natural interest in sales.

You are very likely to have experience from a similar position or a professional background such as a carpenter or floor layer. The most important thing, however, is that you want to advise customers and can translate your knowledge into good solutions.

We place particular emphasis on the following

·          Being approachable, service-minded and good at building trust.

·          Having a flair for sales and the ability to identify customers’ needs.

·          Being trustworthy and pride yourself on providing honest and competent advice.

·          Ideally, having experience with floors, building materials or the crafts industry.

·          Being able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.

·          Having a positive attitude and contributing to a good atmosphere in the store.
