You may have traveled around and shared it all on Instagram and TikTok. Maybe you have stood behind a counter or in customer service, where you learned to read people in a few seconds. Or you have worked as a substitute teacher and had to win the trust of a class in 5 minutes. Whatever your background, you have learned how to meet people exactly where they are.

You don't have to choose where you end up - just a start

As a sales trainee you start somewhere that points in many directions - sales, marketing, management - with Toyota, the world's largest car brand, behind you and colleagues who are ready to help you find your direction along the way.

You have a high school education. Are you trained as a multimedia designer or a marketing economist? Even better. Today a large part of the sales funnel takes place long before the customer walks in the door. Relevant communication across the digital and physical meeting is crucial. If you can do both, you have an advantage we are happy to build on.

Have you never sold a car? No problem. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn.

No day is the same

You answer new leads and call a family considering an electric car. You record a video of a car for Instagram. You take a young customer on a test drive. You send an offer and follow up with yesterday's customer.
