your tasks

• You drive the execution of Turf Tank's new products and ensure progress across mechanics, electronics and software towards launch.
• You contribute to the company's long-term roadmap, turning ideas into concrete, actionable development projects.
• You gather and lead specialists in cross-disciplinary teams and create a common direction in a high-tempo everyday life.
• You implement a pragmatic framework for agile project execution, ensuring structure through critical milestones.
• You ensure producibility, compliance and certification of the products in close collaboration with supply chain, production and test houses.

your profile and toolbox

• You have a relevant technical education, e.g. in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering or software.
• You have solid experience in technical project management of products that combine mechanics, electronics and software.
• You have demonstrated that you can take hardware- and software-products all the way from concept phase through testing and certification to series production and launch.
• You have experience leading and facilitating cross-disciplinary teams.
