Service Coordinator for Middelfart, Aarhus or Aalborg

About the job

We are looking for the right service coordinator for our branches in the West – and you choose whether your fixed base should be in Middelfart, Aarhus or Aalborg. You will have a central role coordinating, planning and customer contact.

Your role as a service coordinator

As a service coordinator you will become an important part of daily operations and the link between customers, technicians and project managers.

Your fixed workplace will be at our office in either Middelfart, Aarhus or Aalborg – depending on what suits you best. In the beginning you will support several of our West departments, and you should expect a few days per month at the other locations.

You will be the first part of a solution that we, in time, want to build further on with a coordinator at each location. Therefore you also have the opportunity to help create good workflows and set the direction for how we work with coordination and administration across the departments.

Your main tasks

• Planning and booking of installers
• Receiving and initiating orders from customers
• Ongoing contact with customers and installers
• Invoicing and approval of time spent on ongoing orders
• Administrative support to project managers
• Follow-up on tasks and ensuring that agreements are carried out
• Contribute to good and consistent administrative workflows across the departments

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience with administration, coordination or planning
• Ideally have an office education or other relevant background
• Are good at creating structure and keeping an overview when many tasks are in progress
• Are comfortable with IT and Excel – knowledge of Navision is a plus
• Communicate well with customers, installers and colleagues
• Work independently and take responsibility to complete tasks
• Are thorough and have an eye for detail
• Want to help develop the way we work

Experience from the installation industry or another technical industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you have coordination and thrive with many touchpoints during the day.
