Service Manager for Fire Protection (ABA)

About the job

Would you like to lead the daily operations and at the same time develop strong customer relationships? We are looking for a service manager for our fire protection division in Søborg, with responsibility for technicians, customers and ABA service.

Your role as service manager

You will become a central part of our fire protection department, which is experiencing strong growth. You will be responsible for the daily leadership and coordination of the service technicians and become the link between customers, technicians and our service center.

You will ensure that service tasks are planned, prioritized and carried out on time, with high quality and healthy economics. At the same time you develop the employees, strengthen customer collaboration and create growth through service agreements and add-on work.

Your primary tasks

• Daily leadership, planning and allocation of service technicians
• Follow-up on annual inspections, fault reports and urgent tasks
• Personnel management, training and competency development
• Customer contact, advice and expectation alignment
• Budget follow-up, invoicing and ensuring healthy profitability
• Quality assurance, service reports and documentation

Your secondary tasks

• Sales and development of service agreements as well as proposals for additional work
• Technical support for service technicians and professional escalation
• Coordination with service center, project managers and external partners
• Follow-up on capacity, resource utilization and workflows

Who are you?

• You have solid experience with ABA systems and also preferably AVA, ABV or ABDL
• You have experience as service manager, service coordinator or an experienced ABA service technician
• You are a clear and motivating leader who follows up and creates direction
• You work in a structured way and maintain an overview in a busy everyday life
• You have commercial understanding and experience with financial follow-up
• You are service-minded and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• You are familiar with the Office suite and digital service and documentation systems
