You will have an independent daily routine, traveling out to customers from your home.

Do you want freedom with responsibility and would you like to build strong customer relationships to NASSAU Doors’ many customers in Denmark? As a service technician you will encounter many different types of technical and mechanical issues in your daily work. You will have the opportunity to challenge and develop your technical competencies, and use your professional creativity to find the best solution for the customer.

You will become part of a nationwide team consisting of 50 skilled Service Technicians with a strong team spirit. In addition you will have engaged colleagues in the office, who ensure that you electronically receive the necessary information, from which you can plan your workday efficiently.

You will also be responsible for complying with customers’ service agreements, which includes:

• Statutory annual service inspection
• Preventive maintenance
• Emergency call-out tasks
• Repairs in case of breakdown
• Advising customers

Who are you?

As Nassau Doors' new Service Technician, you are expected to

• Live in Odense or the northern Funen area
• Have a good technical understanding of both electricity and mechanics
• Love learning new things
• Be known for your quality-consciousness and good customer service
• Be independent, structured and thrive with a broad area of responsibility
• See troubleshooting and problem solving as some of your strongest qualities
• Be flexible when it comes to both tasks and working hours
• Desire to work at NASSAU for the long term
