Short evening shift at a nursing home in Rødovre

We are looking for a social- and health care helper for the evening shift , the position is 17.5 hours per week, distributed in the time frame 16:00–21:00 with the following rotating schedule 5-2:

• Monday and Tuesday
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday on odd weekends (shortly after the turn of the year)

Then you may be our new colleague at Engskrænten , Rødovre’s oldest nursing home – beautifully located close to Damhussøen.

With us, the residents’ safety and well-being are the focus of everything we do. We work purposefully with residents who are affected by dementia, and place great emphasis on high professionalism, interdisciplinary collaboration and a good working environment .

You will become part of a small department with 25 residents and a stable engaged staff team, consisting of social- and health care helpers and social- and health care assistants.

Together we work to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for the residents based on their individual needs.

We are looking for you who

• Are educated social- and health care helper
• Have a rehabilitative , pedagogical and preventive approach
• Have knowledge of and interest in the dementia field
• Are committed to developing your professionalism and contributing to the quality of care
• Have good collaboration skills and thrive in an environment where there is room for laughter
• Knowledge of Cura is an advantage, but not a requirement
