Social and Health Care Assistant for day shift in Local Team Ølby in Køge

We are looking for a new colleague for day shift in Local Team Ølby. Are you trained as a social- and health care helper and would you like to work in a safe, professionally strong and cheerful team? Then we look forward to hearing from you.

Om jobbet You will become part of our mobile nursing and home care, where we work in four cross-disciplinary and self-managing mini-teams. We have focus on holistic care, rehabilitation and close collaboration with citizens.

• Shifts: Monday - Friday every week as well as duty every 2nd weekend.
• Meeting time: between 07:00 – 15:00
• Routes: Mainly by bicycle, but we also have a car available – you must have a driving license for manual transmission
• Workplace: Ølby Center 64, 4600 Køge

You will receive a thorough introduction planned according to your competences when you start with us.

Your tasks

Your tasks will include personal care, practical help and ongoing assessment of the citizen's need for help and adjustment of care – together with the citizen. You should also be willing to learn new tasks – e.g. SUL tasks.

Om Lokalteam Ølby Lokalteam Ølby consists of 60 employees: SSH’ers, SSA’ers, nurses and therapists. We educate both apprentices and students and prioritize learning and professional sparring highly – that is something you should be eager to contribute to.

In the day shifts we are four self-managing mini-teams, planning our own driving routes. We have a humorous, caring and safe tone, where we help each other and share knowledge across.

We are located right by Ølby Station, close to public transport and the highway.

We seek you who It is a requirement that you are educated social- and health care helper. We would prefer that you have experience from home care.

In addition you must

• Thrive working independently and make professionally qualified decisions in everyday life.
• Communicate in a caring and respectful way with citizens, relatives, colleagues and others.
• Document what is necessary. We would like you to have experience with Nexus – or a similar documentation system.
• Have a driving license for manual transmission

Ansøgning og kontakt The position is full-time in day shift, but we also welcome your preferences regarding number of hours. There is a duty every 2nd weekend.

Employment is on salary and terms according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the representative organization.
