Therefore we are seeking an engaged and professionally grounded Social and Health Helper for the evening shift, who wishes to make a real difference for our citizens and at the same time be part of a strong collegial community.

About the job

As a SSH in the evening shift, you will be an important part of the citizens' daily life. You help create security, dignity and quality of life through care, relationships and a rehabilitative approach. We believe that people maintain quality of life when they have the opportunity to master as much as possible themselves. Therefore we work based on the citizen's resources, wishes and goals, and we support the individual in preserving independence and initiative for as long as possible.

The position is 30-37 hours per week or as agreed, with a fixed weekend every other week.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as a Social and Health Helper.
• Meet people with respect, warmth and professionalism.
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Contribute actively to good cooperation and the working environment.
• Have a focus on both the individual citizen and the overall context of the task.
• Have a driver's license.
