Social and Healthcare Assistant for night shift (28 hours) at the Special Dementia Unit at Christians Have Nursing Home

Do you want to make a difference for people with dementia, when safety and care are the most important things?

At Christians Have Nursing Home, we are looking for an engaged and professionally strong social- and health care assistant for our special dementia unit. The position is a permanent night shift of 28 hours per week with work every other weekend.

Create security at night for people with dementia

In our special dementia unit, residents have complex dementia diseases and need attentive, competent and calm staff who can create structure, familiarity and security.

As a night shift you play an important role in residents' well-being. You help create calm around each resident, support during agitation and help ensure a dignified and caring night.

You must be able to work independently, make professional decisions and at the same time be part of a strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Salary and employment

The position is 28 hours per week with work every other weekend. Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.
