Social and Health Care Assistant for our care homes, Area South – Svaleparken

We are seeking a new colleague who, with care, presence and professionalism, contributes to the best solutions for our residents.

Svaleparken is a nursing home located in Assentoft, with 31 care apartments, of which 10 are dementia apartments and a respite apartment; in addition, we have a house with sheltered housing, which we are in the process of converting to nursing home apartments.

We have a day rehabilitation unit with 13 places. The day rehabilitation operation will be transferred to the Region on 1 January 2027

We focus on supporting residents in their individual goals, with participation and desires for everyday life.

The position is initially 37 hours, but you have the opportunity to influence the number of hours. We are also open to discussing preferences for day shifts, evening shifts or mixed shifts.
