At Helhedsplejen Øst in Brønderslev Municipality we are seeking a Social- and Health Care Assistant for the evening shift . You will become part of an engaged and multidisciplinary team where we work together every day to create safety, quality and continuity of care for the municipality's citizens.

As an SSA in the evening shift you will become an important professional resource in a team consisting of social- and health care aides, social- and health care assistants and nurses. Together we solve complex tasks, make professional decisions and ensure that the citizens experience attentive and competent care.

To ensure high quality and continuity in the citizens' care trajectories we hold evening rounds twice a week. Here we bring our different professional disciplines into play, share observations and plan the necessary actions around the citizens. It gives a strong professional community and supports a high quality of care.

Your everyday life in the evening shift

You clock in for a shift where collaboration and professionalism are the driving forces. Some evenings require calm, overview and coordination, while others offer acute issues and rapid decisions.

Common to all shifts is that you never stand alone.

We help each other, share knowledge and take responsibility together, because we know that strong relationships between colleagues create the best conditions for good care and treatment.

Employment terms

Meet-up place: Hjallerup Erhvervspark 2, 9320 Hjallerup

Employment: 1/1-27

Hours: 30 hours or by agreement

Shift plan: Fixed rotation 5-2 with work every 2nd weekend

Salary and employment: In accordance with the applicable collective agreement
