Lind Care and Activity Center is a care center with 64 apartments spread over four housing units. We accommodate both a care center, activity center and base for home care.

We have a lively everyday life where traditions, activities and community go hand in hand with professional care and nursing.

With us we base our approach on each individual resident . Who are you? What is important to you? And how can we best support you in living the life you want?

We also work with the Eden philosophy, focusing on preventing loneliness, helplessness and boredom. This means, among other things, that we do not only look at what needs to be done, but also at how we can create a meaningful everyday life together with the residents.

What will you be a part of?

You will become part of an interdisciplinary community with social- and health care assistants, social- and health care leaders, nurses, therapists and management.

We help each other, brainstorm with each other and are curious about how we can together make things a little better.

As a SSH with us you will have the opportunity to use your full professional range. You will work with both health-care tasks and the social and pedagogical part of the residents’ daily life.

We do not expect you to be able to do everything alone. We expect you to use your professional knowledge, ask when you are in doubt, and contribute to the community.

We are flexible regarding working hours

The position is about 37 hours per week in mixed day and evening shifts with a weekend duty every 2nd weekend.

If you need fewer hours, we are open to finding a solution. This could, for example, mean weekend duty every 3rd weekend.

Practical information

Position: Permanent position of about 37 hours per week

Shifts: Mixed day and evening shifts

Weekend: Every 2nd weekend – with fewer hours every 3rd weekend possible

Salary and employment terms: In accordance with applicable collective agreement

Start date: January 1, 2027 or by arrangement.
