Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA) for the respiratory team in Ringkøbing – permanent night shifts

We ActivCare are seeking a social and health care assistant for a small respiratory team, where you will become an important part of a fixed and secure daily life for a resident in their own home.

About the job

The position mainly consists of awake night shifts, where structure, calm, and professionalism are central elements in completing the tasks.

Shifts

• Fixed every Thursday and Friday night
• From 23:00 to 07:00 (8-hour shifts)
• Average 16 hours per week
• Opportunity for extra shifts during holidays and illness

Start date

• As soon as possible
• No later than 1 November 2026

Your tasks

• Tracheostomy care and observation
• Personal care
• Assistance with toilet visits as needed
• Ensure safe and calm surroundings throughout the night
• Support fixed routines and structure in daily life

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as a social and health care assistant
• Has experience with tracheostomy
• Works calmly, respectfully and caring
• Can create predictability and follow fixed routines
• Is reliable and responsible
• Has the ability to commute to and from the workplace independently
