Social and Health Care Assistant Wanted – a flexible position without a fixed weekend rota!

Are you a social- and health care assistant, and do you thrive with variation, responsibility and a workday where not two weeks are necessarily the same? Then we may have just the job for you!

At Privathjælpen Struer we are seeking a professionally strong and flexible social- and health care assistant who wants a slightly different position.

You will become an important part of our team and will help ensure continuity and high professionalism across our fixed shift teams.

A work plan with variation and flexibility

The position is for you who thrive with changing working hours and do not necessarily want a traditional, fixed shift cycle.

• You must be able to work in day, evening and night shifts.
• You are not part of a fixed weekend rota.
• Weekend work occurs when you cover our fixed shift roster – but not more often than on average every third weekend.
• Your work schedule will be arranged with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.
• We highly value that you also have the opportunity to help with shorter notice in cases such as illness or other unforeseen situations.

We believe that flexibility works best when it goes both ways.

• Are trained as a social- and health care assistant and have strong professional competence.
• Thrive on variation and can work across different teams and shift groups.
• Are independent, responsible and good at maintaining an overview.
• Have a flexible and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Meet citizens/patients, relatives and colleagues with respect, empathy and good humor.
• Want to contribute to a strong collegial community.
• Preferably have experience with NEXUS – but it is not a requirement.
