We are seeking 1 Social and Health Care Assistant in mixed shifts with start on January 1st or as soon as possible.

About the ward

Ward N2 is an open ward with space for 20 patients, of which two beds are user-controlled beds. We primarily have patients with psychotic symptoms, but other patient groups can also be admitted when needed, e.g. patients with accompanying substance use and developmental disorders. We are a ward that cherishes a good working environment and a strong sense of community, where we work using the ITOP tool. In addition, N2 staff focus on knowledge sharing and development.

We are looking for

We are looking for a trained Social and Health Care Assistant who is motivated to work in psychiatry and understands the importance of a good working environment and has a high professional standard.

You thrive in a busy daily life and value collaboration with patients, colleagues and management.

We would like you to

• Be engaged and interested in contributing to the ward's development.
• Actively participate and prioritize a professional and development-oriented learning environment and be able to reflect on your own and colleagues' actions in practice
• Have an interest in treatment psychiatry and especially the complicated patient pathways
• Be able to maintain an overview in acute and professionally demanding situations

The practical

The position is as a rule a full-time position, but it is possible to adjust the employment fraction by agreement. You will be employed with an every-2-weeks weekend work with 8-hour shifts, with room for free weekends. We are flexible regarding wishes and needs, but any wishes will always be assessed in relation to operations and the overall work community.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.

Employment: 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.
