Due to a large influx of citizens, we are seeking engaged social- and health care assistants who want to be part of a home care service in development, where the citizen is always at the center, and where all professional groups contribute with important knowledge.

As a social- and health care assistant with us, you are often the employee who has the closest and most continuous contact with the citizens. You get to know them, notice small changes in daily life, and are often the first to notice when something changes. Therefore you are a crucial part of the effort around the citizens, and we are deeply dependent on skilled social- and health care assistants who actively use their professional knowledge, observations and experiences.

We are an outreach home care group that covers Skt. Klemens, Højby, Sanderum, Dalum, Bellinge and Dyrup. Here we meet citizens with, among other things, dementia, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other long-term and complex illness trajectories. What unites them is that they need staff who see the person behind the illness and contribute to security, quality of life and independence in their own home.

At Mågebakkegruppen, social- and health care assistants are not just part of the team; they are an essential prerequisite for the interdisciplinary collaboration to succeed. We want all professional groups to actively contribute with their perspectives and observations. Therefore our social- and health care assistants participate on equal footing with other staff in:

• Faglige drøftelser og sparring i hverdagen
• Koordinering omkring borgerforløb.

Your tasks

We know that your observations from everyday life are often decisive for the professional decisions made about the citizens . As a social- and health care assistant with us you will, among other things:

• Provide personal care and practical support with respect for the citizen’s wishes and needs
• Work rehabilitatively with a focus on what the citizen can and wants to be able to do
• Create security and good relations with citizens and their relatives
• Observe changes in the citizens’ physical, psychological and social state
• React to and relay relevant observations to the team
• Document efforts and observations
• Actively contribute to collaboration with social- and health care assistants, nurses, therapists and other partners

Salary and employment terms

• Permanent position of 37 hours per week or as agreed
• Day shift from 07:00 to 15:00
• Weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend according to own preference
• The work takes place both by bicycle and by car
• Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement
