Friplejehjemmet Lillebælt is seeking a social- and health care assistant who finds joy in creating star moments with our residents and in using and developing their professional competencies. As a Danish Diakonhjem, we place emphasis on homeliness and integrity. You will become an important part of that experience, both through your professional expertise and through the small star moments that arise in everyday life.

You have an overview, are curious about development and see the value in interprofessional collaboration. Documentation is a natural part of your work – and if you know KMD Nexus, that is an advantage, but otherwise we will gladly teach you. Your tasks will include, among others, to

• Provide care and nursing with professionalism, presence and respect
• Ensure good documentation and collaboration with colleagues and relatives
• Contribute to a rehabilitative and meaningful daily life for residents.
• Take responsibility and work in a structured way based on residents’ needs and wishes

About the position

• The position is 28 hours, with mixed day and evening shifts and every second weekend.
• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• Health insurance, which includes access to a physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc.

About the HOME Friplejehjemmet Lillebælt is beautifully situated right by the Lillebælt Bridge with a view down to Middelfart Marina. The home is a modern nursing home with 40 bright and well-appointed apartments.

We want all our residents to feel at home and experience being met with openness, equality and respect. We want the resident to always have the greatest possible influence on their own life.

Everyday life includes homemade meals from our own kitchen, socializing and positive experiences both indoors and outdoors. We have an active support association and an active relatives' council, which organizes many good activities and cozy events in the house. We are always happy to receive visits, and we encourage relatives to engage as much as they wish.
