Social and health care assistants for permanent positions at Distrikt Doktorparken

As all districts in Randers municipality face a major development with new and larger districts, we have chosen to look at how we can optimize the professional expertise in the new district Doktorparken going forward. Therefore we have chosen to upscale the employment of skilled personnel.

We are entering a very exciting time and look forward to welcoming more skilled colleagues on the journey.

As of January 5, 2027 we will be a district of about 90-100 employees. Our district will consist of: 2 occupational therapists, 2 physiotherapists, 2 district nurses, nurses, social- and health care helpers, sosu assistants, pupils, students and unskilled substitutes. There will be 2 district leaders in the district.

The district will be divided into 5 smaller teams where all professional groups are represented. We will get new nice premises during the spring, where each team will have its own room.

There is a large shift in tasks from home nurses to social- and health care assistants in the group, so we can offer an exciting and professionally challenging workday. We work focused on rehabilitation, cross-disciplinary team meetings, and virtual home care. In our work, we are committed to solving the core task at a high professional level and to give citizens dignified and participatory assistance with daily tasks as well as nursing tasks that they cannot perform themselves for a period or permanently.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment terms

We offer permanent employment for the number of hours you wish.

You will at minimum need to have 6 evening shifts in total over a 12-week cycle. There is also the possibility for more evening shifts.

You have the possibility to request every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

There is the possibility of extra shifts if you want them.
