Social- and Health Care Assistant for evening shift in Holistic Care in Allingåbro

The position is in the evening shift with every second weekend work and is to be filled no later than 1 December 2026.

You must be trained as a social and health care helper and be able to handle care tasks, practical assistance, and selected nursing tasks for citizens in their own homes. You will be part of a team consisting of both aides, assistants and nurses. We have a rehabilitative approach to the work, and we focus on preventing unnecessary hospital admissions. We believe that every person is something special. Therefore, in Norddjurs we actively support our citizens in creating the framework for the life they want, based on their life story and dreams for the future and by actively involving family and networks.

• Experience with the Nexus documentation system, or willing to learn it.
