Who are you?

You are a social and health care assistant with experience from or a desire to work in the elder care and dementia field. You are professionally grounded, reflect on your own practice and work in a structured and safe manner within your competence area.

Your tasks will include

Create homeliness, security and moments of joy together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.

Take responsibility based on the resident's needs and values.

Collaborate across teams and spar with colleagues.

About the position

The positions are 24-37 hours, with work every second weekend. We have vacancies in both day and evening shifts.
