In the Gartner Team we solve tasks for nursing homes, companies and private individuals in Gentofte and the surrounding area. On a daily basis you will work closely with Mathias, who is both a trained social pedagogue and a farmer. You work together to coach and support the seven residents – or employees, as we call them – who work in the Gartner Team. Our staff have cognitive or mental challenges and therefore need an extra hand behind them. You help them with structure in the work and pedagogical support when something is difficult.

Versatile and varied workday

Your workday with us will be diverse and varied. Some days we, for example, drive out to the nursing home Jægersborghave, where we mow lawns and trim hedges and ensure the outdoor areas look neat. Other days you spend time in front of the computer, where you write an action plan for a team member, before you together go to a status meeting with a caseworker and a housing facility. And there are days when you travel with a smaller group of employees, e.g., to weed in JAC's day-care at Sandtoften in Gentofte, and at the same time get a chat with some of the other colleagues at JAC.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who is trained as a social educator or has experience with our target group. If you have tried gardening work or have particularly green fingers, that is an extra plus. It is important that you have a driver's license and enjoy documentation work, as you will have primary responsibility for documentation work on our employees in the SensumOne system. In addition, we dream that you are positive and responsible – and love collaboration, community and outdoor work life.

We are based in cozy premises at Vintappergården at Mariebjerg Cemetery, where we also have training facilities and good neighbors nearby.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week with hire date from February 1, 2027. The working hours are normally during the daytime between 7:30 and 15:00, but we have flexible frames, and as long as you are there when the employees are, you plan as much as possible your own working hours.

It is part of Gentofte Municipality's personnel policy that an extended criminal record check must be obtained upon hire.
