We work with fixed daily structures and an annual cycle with professional deepening and supervision. You will have clear frameworks, but also a daily life where you must be able to maintain overview and adapt your approach to the citizen's needs.

Your tasks include, among others

· To be the primary caregiver and create secure, trusting relationships.

· To support the citizens in daily chores, personal care and practical activities.

· To work purposefully with the citizens' well-being, development and individual support needs.

· To share professional observations and knowledge with colleagues and management.

· To document the efforts and ensure coherence in the citizens' everyday life.

We expect that you are/have

· A relevant social or health care education.

· Experience with or knowledge of autism and preferably mental health challenges.

· The ability to stay calm and maintain an overview in tense situations.

· A desire to bring your professional expertise into play and actively contribute to professional discussions.

· Empathy, responsibility and willingness to work independently.

· Driver’s license, category B.
