Team Korsør-Skælskør consists of social workers/facilitators aged 22-67. The team, like the rest of the department, has a high professional level and good social collegiality with a positive and humorous tone. The team has a cake arrangement on Thursdays and three minutes of physical exercise in the corridor every morning, which at least stirs the laughter muscles.

The team works with social cases - the target group is 0-13 years. We have every day a sense of responsibility and where mastery of structure and planning is important. We take joint responsibility for the core task.

Team Korsør-Skælskør is part of the Department for Children and Family. The department, which consists of about 100 employees, has a high professional level and great commitment. The department is organized with, among other things, four advisory teams, which together handle the case management for Children and young people aged 0 to 23 years.

In each team there is an assigned team leader and a professional coordinator, who ensure close professional and personnel support and leadership.

In addition to authority advisors, each team also includes a number of prevention advisors, who contribute to the early and preventive efforts and a strengthened collaboration with our general area.

With us you will become part of a development- and learning-oriented department, where we focus on the best knowledge in the field and on the good practical experiences that exist in our department. You will experience a municipality where we across departments and sectors take joint responsibility and contribute to the best solutions for the benefit of the child, the young person, and the family.

In addition to a strengthened focus on involvement and co-creation with the child/young person and the family, we are committed to ensuring holistic and coordinated interventions in close interaction with the general area.
