The Lindersvold Residential Facility and the St. Torøje Residential Facility are seeking an engaged social work coordinator for a part-time position, where you will have the opportunity to apply your social work expertise and help ensure quality, structure, and development in the social work.

A central social work role

As a social work coordinator, you will become an important partner to the management and staff at the Lindersvold Residential Facility and the St. Torøje Residential Facility. You will play a central role in supporting the social work and ensuring coherence between the youths' needs, the pedagogical efforts, and the collaboration with municipalities and other partners.

Your tasks will include

• Coordination and follow-up on social work cases.
• Preparation and quality assurance of written documentation, status descriptions, and professional statements.
• Collaboration with municipal caseworkers, authorities and other relevant partners.
• Contribution to assessment/visitation decisions, follow-up and ensuring relevant documentation and agreements regarding the youths.
• Guidance and professional sparring with management and staff on social work questions and relevant legislation.
• Contributing to ensuring quality and systematic practice in the social work.

The position offers the opportunity to work independently and have influence on how the function is planned and developed in collaboration with management.

Whom are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained social worker or social facilitator, and who have experience from the children and youth sector – preferably with knowledge of the specialized social field. Experience from the adult sector can also be relevant.

• Have solid knowledge of the Child Act, the Social Services Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Are strong in written communication and can translate social work knowledge into precise and usable documentation.
• Work independently, systematically, and in a structured way.
• Are creatively thinking, solution-oriented, and good at keeping an overview.
• Have an approachable and trust-building approach to collaboration with youths, colleagues, municipalities and other partners.
• Have a positive outlook on life and perhaps a good sense of humor.

It is important that you thrive on taking responsibility, creating an overview, and contributing to good solutions – even when daily life is busy and tasks require flexibility.
