We are seeking an employee who combines theory and practice with empathy, professionalism, and a sharp eye for wholeness and coherence. You will play a central role in supporting the development of safe, stable and meaningful frameworks for Rosenvænget's citizens within the Adult Social Area.

The position is 37 hours per week and includes both day and evening shifts from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with, as a rule, a weekend shift every other weekend. If you prefer fewer hours, we can agree on that.

About the position

You will become part of a strong multidisciplinary team consisting of social and health care assistants, social pedagogues, caregivers, and the house's nurse.

In the job you will be involved in work with citizens who have either an acquired brain injury or a congenital disability. The citizens have varying physical and/or mental functional impairments, and you will have a central role in supporting their well-being and development through an affirming, relationship-oriented and professionally well-founded pedagogical approach. Experience from the disability sector is preferred.

Your tasks

As a social-pedagogical employee you will among other things perform a contact-pedagogical role for selected citizens, including help to support and motivate the citizens in their daily activities and social participation, carry out personal care tasks with a pedagogical, caring and empathetic approach, ensure correct medication management, and systematic and qualified documentation in Nexus.

Our work is based on a fundamental understanding of the citizen as an active participant in their own life. Your task will therefore be to facilitate processes that support the citizens' goals, development and possibilities for action.

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who is educated as a pedagogue, occupational therapist, social- and health care assistant or similar, who has a strong commitment to working with citizens and possesses experience with pedagogical methods – preferably within the disability sector. We are looking for you who can document professionally, also in writing, and contribute to a knowledge-based and professional environment, works affirmatively and sees the citizens as active co-creators of their own development process.

If you have experience as a pedagogical supervisor or training supervisor, we see it as a strength and would like to bring your competences into play.

Salary range

Social and health care assistant 29,426 DKK - 34,717 DKK.

Occupational therapist (general) 29,825 DKK - 35,746 DKK.

Social pedagogue 32,863 DKK - 37,424 DKK.

Placement in the pay scale depends on experience, competence and relevant education.
