Solrød Gymnasium: Permanent position in mathematics and preferably music

At Solrød Gymnasium we are seeking a full-time position in Mathematics + Music as well as Music and audio production. Solrød Gymnasium is a medium-sized high school with a clear local anchor in Solrød Town. We offer STX and HF and in recent years have experienced increased applicant demand. We still want to preserve our DNA as a smaller school with a strong community among both staff and students and with high academic and social well-being.

This is also reflected in our timetable structure, where in the multiband in the afternoon we break up the timetable and have workshops, clubs, study cafes and other forms of teaching that give life and academic community at the school.

The position is primarily in mathematics, but there is also a little music and also the possibility to teach in the subject Music and Audio Production together with a skilled colleague. Furthermore, it would be an advantage if you as a music teacher would like to participate in various band activities with the school's students in our multiband.

• that you view cross-disciplinary collaboration across subjects and domains as exciting and necessary

• that you are motivated to engage in the work of turning the school's action plan into reality
• that you have a flair for working in an environment with young people in a good balance between empathy and consistency
• that you feel comfortable among young people
• that you are a good colleague with a big heart and a tolerant and inclusive attitude towards everyone and not only towards those who think like you
