Are you passionate about working wholly or partly night shifts and comfortable with varied tasks? We are strengthening our team of permanent night shift workers, so perhaps you are the social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper we are looking for at Lindegården?

What is special about the position?

The position is reimagined; if you only want a partial night-shift position, combined with another shift, that is also possible.

We are looking for someone who is both focused on high quality in the care and nursing performed, and who wishes to give the best possible and most loving care to our residents.

For you, it is important that a staff group thrives on good collegiality and high spirits.

We are committed to finding the right match for our staff group. It is therefore not important whether you have 0 or 30 years of experience. If there is something you do not know, we will provide training during your introductory period, where you work beyond the normal staffing level. An intro period will always be tailored to the individual new colleague, as needs can vary widely.

Who are we?

Lindegården is located close to Herning town center, with easy access to public transport. We are a good bunch of staff and learners, well distributed in terms of age and experience. We think this creates a good synergy when a new colleague joins us.

We have a total of 102 modern nursing homes. We are divided into 4 departments, and the position is intended as a role where you help across the house, for example during vacation planning, days off, etc.

We hope you also value presence and stable attendance, and that you take responsibility when it comes to, but also know your personal competencies, and are not afraid to ask your colleagues for help.

About the job

You can be offered a position at the full-time equivalent you desire.

Because the position is reimagined, there will be a weekend shift rotation with the new employee. Weekend shifts are to be expected with an average similar to the other colleagues.

The position is night shift, with the possibility of combining with another shift schedule.

Because the position is new, we want the start as soon as possible.
