About the role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Sous Chef who will be the head chef's right hand and help ensure stable kitchen operations. You will have a central role in daily work and shared responsibility for food quality, structure, and demonstrating strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of high-quality hot and cold dishes.
• Managing daily kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Procurement, stock control, and control of date-stamped goods.
• Maintaining high cleaning standards and compliance with food safety and self-check procedures.
• Training and support of new colleagues and kitchen helpers.

Requirements

• Good overview and the ability to keep a level head during busy service periods.
• Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and self-check procedures.
• You speak and understand English or Danish at a reasonable level.
