About the job

Would you like to use your medical expertise for the patients – and do you thrive when the framework is clear and we work together on a common task?

Region Zealand is looking for a specialist in general practice for our region-driven Near Clinic in Kalundborg.

With us, roles, responsibilities and the organizational framework are in place. It gives you the opportunity to focus on what matters most: the patients and good treatment.

You will have a daily life close to the citizens and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the future general practice.

Welcome to Region Zealand’s Near Clinic Kalundborg

Nærklinik Kalundborg is beautifully located directly by the water and just a two-minute walk from Kalundborg Station. The clinic has existed since December 2020 and is today a well-established workplace with a high level of professionalism and close interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will become part of a team with four permanent doctors, six nurses, a practice secretary and a practice manager. We have different roles and competencies that we actively use in the collaboration to create good and coherent patient pathways.

We emphasize that everyone takes responsibility for their tasks, contributes with their professional expertise and helps each other in daily life. We believe we are most successful when we pull together.

A daily focus on the medical profession

As a specialist with us you will, among other things, have the opportunity to

  • ensure high medical quality and create safe and coherent patient pathways
  • have consultations and follow patients over time
  • work closely with colleagues and other professional groups as well as municipalities and hospitals
  • help develop workflows and new collaboration solutions
  • work with digital solutions, including video consultations
  • develop and strengthen the competencies of the practice staff so they are used in the best possible way
  • make a difference where the need for medical coverage is greatest.

The nurses handle independent consultations and thus support the medical work. We take care of the administrative and organizational framework, so you can spend as much time as possible with the patients.

We are looking for you who …

is a specialist in general practice and takes responsibility for the medical quality.

You thrive with clear frames and clear roles. At the same time you use your professional knowledge and experience to contribute to the clinic's ongoing development.

You thrive in a community where we share professional perspectives, discuss solutions and take joint responsibility for ensuring the clinic functions well. We do not have to agree on everything, but once we have made a decision, we work together to implement it.

You meet patients and colleagues openly and professionally and are curious about how we can do things even better. You want to try new solutions and use digital opportunities – also when it comes to new ways of meeting patients.

You contribute to a positive atmosphere and appreciate a workplace where we take professionalism seriously, but not ourselves too pompously.

What you get with us

You will become part of a modern clinic with updated diagnostic equipment and digital solutions that support your medical work. We take care of the organizational framework, so you can focus on the patients and the good treatment.

You have weekends and holidays off.

If you want to use your professional skills in a clinic with clear frames and a strong community, we would love to hear from you.
