SSA for evening shift LT Herfølge

SSA wanted for Local Team Herfølge – permanent evening shift

We are a small team of 7 colleagues, who need to be reinforced with one more SSA. We are currently 2 SSAs and 5 SSHs. We help Køge Municipality’s citizens in their own homes. We want an outgoing and positive colleague, who is reliable and will join a good team. We collaborate across services, so good cooperation skills and a sharpened attention are required, as well as a professional perspective from a citizen's viewpoint.

You must be ready to work independently and make decisions within your area of competence. There are 2 SSAs on the evening shift in the local team and you can consult with the evening nurse who covers the entire Køge municipality.

There is opportunity for professional development and competence clarification through our own nurses or the evening nursing service.

We work in mini teams, where you have influence on your route, there are multidisciplinary meetings every 4 weeks, where among others visit coordinators, nurses and therapists participate. We hold ongoing staff meetings. The management style is based on "freedom with responsibility", openness and mutual respect.

You must have a manual transmission driver's license, as all evening routes are by car routes.

The positions are 28 hours in the evening shift, with the possibility to supplement to full-time with day shifts.

2-2-3 and weekend in even weeks –

5-2 fixed Mon/Tue and weekend in odd weeks
