SSH for evening shift at Plejecenter Blomstergårdens permanent positions

Do you want to help ensure high quality and well-being for the citizens, then you get the opportunity here. We are looking for a social and health care helper for our evening shift team in house C, where you will be part of a well-functioning and engaged team.

The position is an evening shift with weekend shifts in even weeks and is to be filled no later than December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible. We work in a fixed rotation 2-2-3 over 14 days.

Blomstergården is a modern care center with high ceilings and the citizens at the center. We consist of 96 permanent residences, distributed across 4 departments, each consisting of 24 residences. On the premises there are also temporary residences as well as health and training.

We are a large place, and one of our strengths is that we help each other across teams and departments.

We work with a team structure where everyone in the team has equal influence and responsibility for solving the tasks, taking into account each individual's areas of competence.

We work with MyMedCard (MySkills and MyGuides), an electronic system for your personal competence profile and instructions, so you always have them at hand.

We zoom in on the core task and the work community and steer toward what makes sense for the residents.

Your tasks will range from cooking to performing care as well as nursing tasks. The team consists of two social- and health care assistants and a social- and health care assistant (education), where you together take care of the 24 residents.
