We are looking for an SSH who wants to be part of our unit. We are seeking someone with the courage to help shape and develop home care and nursing, as well as to participate in implementing the new elderly care act with a view to holistic care.

In Home and Nursing Care we are in the middle of an exciting change which we call 'New Ways’. Here we work in stable, cross-disciplinary teams, where we focus on increasing the degree of continuity for citizens, and giving more room for professionalism and dialogue in everyday life.

Your new workplace community

The Nørrevang workplace community consists of three work units each with its own daily manager. In each work unit there are two stable teams of about 18 employees each. A team consists of both nurses, social- and health care assistants as well as social- and health care helpers. The team shall provide the caregiving and health care interventions that the approx. 100-120 citizens in the team's area need, in both day and evening shifts and/or night shifts.

Home and Nursing Care Nørrebakken consists of 2 teams. Team Lindehøj and Team Næsset.

We have a good and solid collegial community, where we challenge and develop each other for the benefit of our citizens. We work rehabilitatively, have a close cross-disciplinary collaboration with therapists, the authorities department, hospitals and general practitioners. Nurses themselves arrange services in accordance with current quality standards.
