SSH for evening shift in Lokalteam Hastrup

We are looking for a new SSH colleague who would like to work in the evenings and become part of our Holistic Initiative in Local Team Hastrup.

The job is in a 5-2 shift with a guard on every 2nd weekend.

We are based at Gymnasievej 8 in Køge, from which we operate (you must have a valid driving licence).

Om jobbet In Local Team Hastrup we work with holistic care, prevention and rehabilitation in the citizens' own homes. We work purposefully so that the individual citizen can live the good life filled with joy and security. We do this, among other things, by starting from the individual citizen and involving the citizen's family in constructive collaboration.

You will, among other things, solve tasks such as

• Personal care and practical help – with a focus on preserving the citizen's independence and function in everyday life.
• Ongoing assessment of the citizen's need for help and adjustment of care – together with the citizen.
• Transferred nursing tasks such as medication administration, compression, care of catheters and stomas, etc. – tasks aligned with your competence assessment.
• Planning of your own driving lists and work tasks in collaboration with colleagues in the evening team.

You should be willing to be trained in new tasks so that we continuously can ensure you gain new competencies and professional development.

When you start with us, you will have an introductory program tailored to your competencies. You will also be assigned a buddy for the initial period.

Om Lokalteam Hastrup In Local Team Hastrup we are about 50 permanent employees, consisting of social and healthcare helpers, social and healthcare assistants, nurses and therapists as well as regular substitutes, students and trainees. We are located centrally in Køge and close to public transportation options.

The individual mini-teams plan their own tasks and driving lists, so the individual citizen experiences fewer staff in the home. We also have several welfare technology solutions in everyday life – including digital training and screen visits.

• Take an active role in ensuring good care and well-being for the individual citizen – together with the citizen, relatives and multidisciplinary colleagues in the team.
• Communicate clearly and with respect for citizens, relatives, colleagues and others.
• Be attentive to changes in the citizen's condition – and relay observations
• Document what is necessary. We use Nexus – but we will introduce you to the system if it is new to you.

It is important that our new colleague contributes to a positive working environment where we support each other so that everyone can have a good workday. In addition, you should be loyal to the joint decisions we make in the team.

In the position you work in a 5-2 rotation with a shift every 2nd weekend.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the authorized negotiating organization.
